After Hours Care
On weekends, or after hours, our patients may seek medical care from CALMS (Canberra After Hours Locum Medical Service) on 1300 422 567.
Bulk Billing
Bulk billing is not available for consultations at our practice.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, appointments are required. Please book online or call us at 02 6162 0463.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please provide at least two hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a $50 fee and allow others to book in your place.
Can I get repeat prescriptions without an appointment?
In some cases, repeat prescriptions may be issued without a consultation. Please contact reception for eligibility.
How do I access my test results?
Test results are usually available within 72 hours. Your doctor will contact you if further action or discussion is needed.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept EFTPOS and credit card payments. Bulk billing is not available, but adjusted fees are offered for aged pension cardholders.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients. Contact us to learn more about booking a virtual consultation.
Do you provide home visits?
Yes, home visits may be arranged after discussion with your doctor.
