Emergency & Non-Urgent Calls
For all medical emergencies, please call 000 immediately. Our clinic is not equipped to handle life-threatening situations, and urgent care should be sought at the nearest hospital.
Test Results
Test results are available after 72 hours. To maintain confidentiality, results are not given over the phone unless authorised by your doctor. If your results require discussion, your doctor will contact you or request an appointment.
Health Reminders
We offer a recall and reminder system for essential screenings, immunisations, and care plan reviews. These reminders help ensure you stay on track with your health needs. If you prefer not to receive reminders, please inform our administration staff.
Medical Equipment & Sterilisation
We uphold the highest standards of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation in compliance with RACGP and Australian Standards.
All medical equipment is maintained and sterilised to ensure patient safety. Our team follows strict protocols to provide a clean and infection-free environment for all consultations and procedures.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us, and we take all necessary measures to protect your medical records. Only authorised personnel have access to your health information, and all staff have signed confidentiality agreements.
