We are accepting new patients at Annie Lim Family Practice. You will need to phone the Practice (02 6162 0463) in order to book in as a New Patient, our friendly staff will be able to assist.
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends: Closed

Booking Your Appointment
- Standard consultations are 15 minutes, allowing time to address one main concern.
- If you have multiple health concerns or require extra time, please request a longer consultation when booking.
- Higher fees apply for extended consultations and additional procedures.
Fees & Payments
Payment is required at the time of your consultation.
Bulk billing is unavailable, but aged pension cardholders may receive adjusted fees.
Fees depend on consultation length and complexity. Additional charges apply for procedures such as mole removal, pregnancy tests, and contraceptive implants.
Our reception team can provide a detailed fee structure upon request.
💳 We accept EFTPOS and credit card payments.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change, but if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least two hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Home visits may be available in special circumstances—please discuss this with your doctor.
Walk-ins are not accepted as a general rule. To ensure every patient receives the attention they deserve, please book an appointment in advance.

- Please download, print, and complete our New Patient Information Form before your appointment.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for registration.
- Bring your Medicare card, photo ID, and any relevant medical history or medications list.
